Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide speech-language pathology services for K-12 students in a full-time, on-site role within a school district located in the Denver area. This contract position runs from early January through late May and involves working Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload ranging between 25 to 45 students.
- Attend and participate in professional development days as approved by the district (4 days during the second semester).
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
- Provide supervision to Clinical Fellows if applicable.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure.
- Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification for school-based service delivery.
- Completion of an 8-week school rotation (for Clinical Fellows).
- Ability to work on-site; virtual or hybrid arrangements are not accepted.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Flexibility to accept campus assignments based on district needs.
